President & CEO
Mr. Heald has extensive global automotive industry experience and was most recently based in Shanghai, China with Joyson Safety Systems (f.k.a. Key Safety Systems). During his 20 years with Key Safety Systems, Mr. Heald served in a variety of global leadership positions with responsibilities in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to Key Safety Systems, Mr. Heald started his career at Ford Motor Company working in finance and purchasing.
Chief Financial Officer, Global Finance & IT
During his career, Armin Grossklaus has held executive finance positions as regional CFO and global treasurer with several global Tier 1 suppliers. Prior to joining ATC, Mr. Grossklaus served in key positions at Benteler Automotive and Henniges Automotive, as well as the OEM Porsche in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Grossklaus has played important roles in building and growing businesses in Asia as well as serving in an integral role during the acquisition and restructuring of companies and organizations in Europe and North America.
Chief Operating Officer, Global Operations, Quality & Engineering
Al Victoria previously served as the VP of Business Development at ATC, and has over 25 years of automotive experience related to powertrain and drivetrain design, manufacturing, strategy and remanufacturing. Prior to joining ATC, Al was the Managing Director of Bosal Industries North America, General Manager of Alma Products Company, and held several managerial positions at Ford Motor Company in the powertrain division. He has 13 patents and is a recipient of the Henry Ford Technology Award. During his career, Mr. Victoria has earned the US-Japan Manufacturing Technology Fellowship and the Ford Educational Fellowship.
Chief Commercial Officer, Global Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & Business Development
George Kostopoulos has more than 30 years of progressive executive experience. Prior to joining ATC, George held senior executive positions at Robert Bosch in the US and Germany, and had the opportunity to develop OE and aftermarket channels. Prior to joining Bosch in 1995, George held engineering and program management positions at ThyssenKrupp Budd and then Magna International.
Vice President Purchasing & Supply Chain
Heather Gay is responsible for designing and executing the supply chain management and production control strategies at ATC. Heather has over 20 years of experience in leading global teams and managing supply chains spread across the world. Prior to joining ATC, she held various program management and purchasing roles in the transportation, construction, and agriculture sectors, most recently as Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Crenlo Engineered Cabs.
