Our Culture
Founded in 1938 as Fred Jones Manufacturing, ATC has persevered many changes in ownership, leadership, location, technology, and more over the years. Today’s ATC is a strong and stable company headquartered in the heart of Oklahoma, oriented toward a bright and innovative future.
In Oklahoma, over 10% of our employees have been with ATC for more than 25 years. Many of our loyal employees have served as valuable members of our team for over 40 years. This precedence of loyalty and long-standing service represents the framework which allows us the stability needed to progress toward a greater impact and influence on the future of the remanufacturing industry.
At ATC, we maintain a steady focus on safety and a positive work environment for our employees; quality, delivery, and cost efficiency for our clients; and a mission to be an industry leader in conservation and environmental initiatives.
We place great value on workplace diversity because we believe that our collective differences afford us a more educated view of the world we live in, making us stronger and more unified than the competition. We want our workplace to be as diverse as the markets we serve, and we strive to provide an environment that celebrates our differences and values each employee’s unique capabilities and contributions. We take great pride in our team, our clients, and our partners and we embrace the range of ages, ethnicities, and beliefs represented by the many faces that comprise the ATC family.
From reserved parking spots, to set schedules, monthly bonuses and employee events, rewarding employees is a top priority at ATC. Our team embodies the loyalty our customers have come to expect from us over our 80-plus years in the industry. Because a company is the sum of all its employees, we believe that providing a safe workplace and culture of recognition and reward to our employees is essential to ensure that we continue to thrive for the next 80 years – and beyond.
